Return policy for physical Item purchases

The general rules for returning an item are:

• You have 7 days after receiving the item to contact the seller and request a return or refund.

• You have to return the item in its original condition and packaging, with all the accessories and parts included.

• You have to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or confirmation email.
