Service Description

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before pickup window. If you do not a $10 no show fee may be assed if a driver shows up for pickup and no order is available to pick up. You may choose" leave at the door" or "hand directly to me" for deliveries. Leave at the door orders will receive a photo of the delivery as soon as it is made. If you request to have your delivery handed directly to you and your delivery person show ups during your assigned delivery window, and you are not available, your order will be considered a leave at the door delivery. A photo of your delivery will be sent to you.     Payment policy for services ​‍"Payment is due immediately upon receipt of your invoice, prior to any delivery being made. Failure to pay promptly may result in a late fee of $5 on the day after invoice is due, and $15 on day 3 after invoice is due.   Beginning on day 8 after the invoice was due, you will be charged a $10 per day storage fee for your finished laundry items not to exceed $50.   Laundry Lift will only store your finished order for 14 days after invoice is sent. On the 15th day at our discretion your items may be donated to a charity of our choosing.  ​ CASH PAYMENTS ​Laundry Lift will only accept cash payment if arranged prior to pick up.  If cash payment is requested the client must choose the per bag method of payment and a 50% deposit will be collected at the time of pickup, with the remainder due at delivery, prior to items being handed over. ​ ​ ​

BY BOOKING YOU AGREE: While Laundry Lift will do our best to check pockets, we are not held responsible if items such as crayons, pens, candy, ChapStick etc. are left in pockets and result in damage to clothing. If this does happen, we will do our very best to remove stains or damage and will notify you as soon as we are aware of the issue. We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by sending clothing with rips/tears, stains or sharp objects etc. STAIN POLICY: Laundry Lift will attempt to remove any stains we see visible but, do NOT guarantee all stain removal. If you have particular items with stains, you would like us to watch out for and work on, please let us know. NO REFUNDS
